Returns and Refund Policy

At Tavola Italiana we strive for satisfied customers and excellent service. Because our products are freshly prepared and consumed immediately, the following conditions apply for refunds or complaints.

1. No refund if delivery is satisfactory

As our meals are prepared fresh and to order, we do not offer refunds once the order has been correctly delivered or collected.

2. No right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods such as food.

3. Complaints or errors in the order

If an error was made (wrong dish, missing item…), please contact us within 2 hours of receipt via:

4. Quality

If you are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us immediately and if possible keep a photo of the product.
